The Colosseum will be built in two phases:

In the first phase, the retail park will provide large scale shops spread over 53,000 sqm. Construction started in September 2010 and the opening is scheduled for autumn 2011. Occupiers will include a Carrefour HYPERMARKET, and a Leroy Merlin DIY store.

During the second phase, the mall comprising of three shopping boulevards will be erected, continuing the retail park. 480 shops will offer a unique variety of goods and services within a leased area of 137,000 sqm.
