- COLOSSEUM CENTER MANAGEMENT SRL, a company incorporated and operating in accordance with the laws of Romania, having its registered office located in Bucharest Street, district 1, Charles de Gaulle Square, no. 15, Charles de Gaulle Plaza Building, Office no. 325, Campus 06, Floor 3 registered at the Trade Register under no. J40 / 9751/2011, unique registration code RO28980303 (“Company” or “new”). For the purposes of personal data protection legislation, we are the “data controller” with respect to personal data processed in respect of persons accessing the premises of the Colosseum Shopping Center (“Our Spaces”).

How do we obtain your personal data
Your personal data is obtained as a result of the video surveillance of our Spaces.
Purpose and basis for processing your personal data
We process your personal data for legitimate purposes, respectively to ensure the security of our spaces against theft and acts of vandalism, but also for your safety.
We may also process your personal data in order for us to fulfill our legal obligations (such as the obligation to ensure the security of the shopping center as well as the obligation to cooperate with public authorities and judicial bodies).
Disclosure of your personal data
We may disclose your personal data to trusted third parties such as service providers or public authorities and national or international courts.
Transfer of your personal data to third countries
Visitor data will not be transmitted to countries outside the European Economic Area.
How long do we keep your personal data
As a general rule, we keep your personal data for as long as necessary (a) during the visit, (b) to comply with the law, or (c) in the context of a court action or investigation in which we are involved.
After the expiration of the period referred to in Article 6.1 above, we will keep your personal data for a period not exceeding 20 days.
